Wear the aligners. 20 to 22 hours a day, changing sets every one to two weeks. Children's wear is designed around school and sport.

What happens if my child loses an aligner?
It happens, and it's a quick fix. Each set is worn for only one to two weeks, so we usually move to the next set or replace the current one. No broken brackets, no emergency wire appointments.
Will my child still need braces later?
Sometimes, and be wary of anyone who promises otherwise. Early treatment guides growth and creates space, which often makes any later alignment shorter and simpler. Some children finish with the early phase alone; others need less treatment in their teens instead of more.
